I'll be the first. As a resident in our area I have been thinking for years that what we needed to bring us closer together was a "block party". We had them when I was growing up throughout Staten Island and they were the perfect opportunity to meet your neighbors. Obviously it's too late this summer, but I'd love to see us do something.

I have a friend who's husband is on their NAC and they are actually putting together a full blown festival at Fredericktowne Mall. So something like that would be nice for our NAC to do! :)
